    Made it to the gates, only to be turned away by a "Longhorn Rowing Regatta." Please keep that stuff on town lake and off Decker. Beyond upset, back to Georgetown.

    Nothing worse than driving all the way to the lake with the gear for that particular lake already rigged and an "action plan" drawn up in your head and the gates being closed!! I had to go three ramps on 2 different lakes last month to launch. Blew 2 hours of fishing time driving around. Hopefully they will be biting on Georgetown. Lake Travis is really good right now throwing white spinnerbaits at wind blown shores.
