Trim Problem

    After fishing in the rain yesterday I went to trim my motor up and it would not shut off I unhooked the battery will this dry out or does anyone know how to fix this without taking it to the shop. Is Tracker open this week

    Yes....it will dry out ....the key is to figure out which switch is causing the problem and correct it so it doesn't happen again... I would uncover each switch to where I could easily get to the red wire....hook battery back up and disconnect red wire at each switch one at a time until I found the switch that is causing the problem.... Hope this helps

    Will do thanks, the motor is trimmed all the way up Mercury 225 pro xs is their any relief screw to turn to drop motor down

    Yep.. Should be on port side clamp bracket....turn a bit counter clockwise to relieve
